people buy two copies so they can sell them on ebay for double the price greedy B*****ds if you ask me then people who want a copy cant get them coz of it, zavvi should sell one per customer being a steelbook limited edition

I start ordering one of each the day Zavvi protect them better (a LOT better). I have a couple of SteelBooks that is completely crushed because of the mediocre protection they use.
I've stopped ordering 2 copies of all SteelBooks, but those that are limited to a thousand copies plus all Disney and Marvel gets a double order.
I have yet to sell a single SB for more than what I paid + shipping, I have actually used a couple as gifts, so please don't assume what people do with their extra copies (yes, I'm fully aware that there are d-bags that order extra solely for selling for excessive prices, but we are not all like that...)

I usually only order one copy

If its a steelbook I really want that will sell out months before release then I will order a back up. There have been occasions where one out of the 2 I order is faulty or damaged. If its sold out then you have no chance of getting a replacement. If I get 2 perfect copies then one might go on ebay but its not for massive profit.

Big Hero 6 for example had some copies where the title on the spine was misaligned. One of my copies had this fault. If that was the only copy I had with no chance of a replacement then I'd be annoyed. But I had a spare so I kept that and returned the faulty one.

Sometimes it's impossible to search for and find items on Zavvi. That's just the way it is with them being Zavvi, I guess... The link in the OP still works though

It appears that when Zavvi has set an internal release date on an item (correct or wrong doesn't matter) they cannot change it and when that date has passed they start mail-bombing you with apologies.

No release date given, there's not even a release date listed on Amazon's listings for the movie.

There is no way in hell that Disney would miss out on the marketing potential for this before Christmas. It's definitely coming early December at the latest.

Yeah it'll be out before Xmas. I do hope they re list this, like they did with Big Hero 6. Missed out on it first time round, none on eBay either which is odd, must be very limited.
