Wouldn't hurt to have a bd release of kingdom of the spiders and night of the lepus thrown in for good measure. If sssssss has now seen a release which i thought would never happen, these four films are within the realm of the possible.

I'm glad that sssssss got released on a bd50, gives the film more breathing room..

I only had time to watch about a half hour last night, but what I saw looked really nice. I never had the DVD, so I can't compare to that, but from what I saw I'm sure it's a worthwhile upgrade.

I finally got around to watching my Scream Factory Blu-ray of Sssssss.

Dirk Benedict, who is best known for his roles in the television shows, The A-Team and Battlestar Galactica, stars as a college student who takes a summer job at the laboratory of an offbeat herpetologist, played by Strother Martin (Cool Hand Luke, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid). Unfortunately for him, the doctor is working on a serum that will turn people into killer king cobras. Heather Menzies (Piranha) stars as the doctor's beautiful daughter.

I first saw Sssssss a couple of decades ago on television, and the film has lost none of its "bite." I won't go so far as to say that it's a scary movie, but it is a lot of fun for those who love horror films involving reptiles. The scenes involving the actual king cobra snakes are the most fun, because they're such huge and malicious creatures. This film is so 1970s that it should have a warning label on it, and that's one reason why it is so fun.

This Scream Factory Blu-ray looks amazing, and the audio quality is quite good to match. The interviews with Dirk Benedict and Heather Menzies-Ulrich make for great viewing.

I saw this on TV 40 years ago as a 10-year-old kid. I was just about to add this to the wish list because I thought there's no way in hell it's on Blu-ray!

Saw this on Starz last month. Fun campy romp, but I think it's the weird title that keeps it memorable.

Criminally underrated film, and an awesome creature-romp from the peak body-horror era. This one freaked me out as a kid.

Random memory from 70s childhood:

This was on TV while my aunt and uncle were visiting. My aunt came into the living room and said "what are you watching?"

My brother and I responded with "Sssssss.."

And she put her hand over her mouth and said "Oh, I'm sorry. I'll be quiet!"
