Debating on pre ordering since I have like $12 in Target Gift Cards from refunds on previous pre orders and a $5 one from The Martian pre order. However, it's likely to drop to $19.99 before release so I'll be dealing with more gift cards from a refund and their stuff never shows up on release day. Might as well do a store pick up the morning of release and grab on my lunch break.

It has changed quite a bit and I have witnessed every bit of it since I was born in '79. So glad this movie was a box office hit...makes getting the steelbook so much more gratifying.

Well the pre-order price was at $24.99 for some time, and then the price changed to reflect their weekly ad price on Tuesday. People have reported getting adjustment automatically, but others had to call to get their price adjusted.

I've always had to call on pre-orders with Target. Can't think of a time when it was done automatically. At least recently it's been less of an ordeal than it was a few months ago when the reps would insist that the price match timeframe had expired (based on order date rather than on release date).

LOL can't believe how many times this has happened to me as well. I clearly tell them that I pre-ordered the movie and that it has yet to be released, but they bring up the fact that I pre-ordered more than 2 weeks ago and that the order would not be qualified for a price adjustment
