Default Why does anyone buy new release blu-rays?

I just kind of look at it as its my entertainment spend for the week
I don't get to go to the cinemas a whole lot these days don't get to eat out as much as I used to don't really go out drinking and stuff so it's kind of that's the thing we spend some money on to sit down and watch for our entertainment so when I look at it like that it's not a big deal to spend $30-$35 on a new release when it would cost me that or more to see it at a cinema
The other way I justify it is if I watch and like and would re watch it then that's good value also if my olds borrow it or my brother or something like that then they get a watch it of it it's pretty good deal for every one to see a film
Renting a movie on I tunes costs like $8 or something so really it's not a bad deal at the end of the day to buy it new and quite often if you buy it release week it can often be cheaper than what it will be the following few weeks after or months even
Just my personal view on it

Another thing I've started doing recently is if I watch it and don't like it or don't think it's something I would watch again or watch again for ages I flog it straight away on eBay and usually when it's new you can get roughly half back what it cost you (sometimes more sometimes less)

That's it, that's all there is to it. The money comes from your account and you keep the disc at your house?

Feel lucky to not release special edition of 'Warcraft' movie in Australia. If they release steelbook, I have to buy for expensive price. Now, just waiting for price down or forget it . . .

Yeah but you weren't comparing an ice-cream to a banana. You were comparing an ice-cream out to an ice-cream at home. Those things are more valuable out because you are in a different situation and your desires and needs are different. But your situation in June and September are (generally) about the same.
