It might be getting a Blu-ray release in the Netherlands. Pre-order has popped up at Dutch webshop Bol.com, but doesn't have a release date yet.

Only date, price and cover art revealed so far. I doubt there will be any "uncut" episodes since they were already aired that way due to being on Starz.

That didn't stop many of the Spartacus episodes to appear in extended form on the Blu-Ray releases.

Thats a shame about no uncut although DarthMarino is correct about Spartacus being released uncut even though the aired versions were adult enough.

I agree it would be a complete disaster and just weird if this didn't get a Blu-Ray release on region B. Hopefully this is not another Weeds, Haven, Lost Girl. That would be an outrage
