I don't want to spoil anything but did you happen to see her "pregnancy"? It sounds like they may have cut the moment where she opens her shirt and you see some scars and then a very unique practical effect by way of a hand puppet appears. I just took a look at my Second Sight edition of the film and there is no fade to black scene or any cut in dialogue/action.

We see Duane and Susan on the bed as you described, it then cuts to Belial and his "woman" on the bed engaged in.. lewd acts... it then cuts back to Duane and Susan talking about being pregnant and then said pregnancy makes an appearance. Duane starts to freak out, Susan stands up and the two then struggle with each other with more footage of Belial and his woman going at it intermixed until Susan ultimately meets with her fate.

It's been a few years since I've watched this trilogy but after re-watching that scene I've got to go back and re-watch it again soon. It is such a fun, gross, practical effect laden rubber monster Masterpiece that just makes for a great time.

OK. Thank you for your extensive response. Than the version I saw was definitely censored.

These are insanely cheap on Amazon and Walmart right now. Got both for less than $20 shipped!
