Attach rates cross product are nearly worthless in all cases. There are far too many variables to conclude anything meaningful. Example: Attach rates can be low because you are inundated with too many good choices on one product, yet low on another because they are selling crap. The final number looks identical.

Attach rates are interesting on a single product, as they can cross timelines because they are a ratio rather than a solid number. If the attach rate for movie X is .2 when there are 1 million players, that's roughly equivalent to .2 when there are 5 million players.

The Attach rate argument in the war is pointless, because it's missing the why.

I got a question here so if HD DUD did have a higher attach rate that doesn't mean they have sold more of that title that just means they have more titles sold per total players there consumers have?
