FYI, if you are concerned about movies transferring to Vudu, American Dreamz does not show up in Vudu even though it is UV. I bought it and it shows up in my library on myuv.com, FandangoNow (of course), and Flixster Video but does not show up in Vudu. Searching on Vudu for it brings up nothing.

All of the others do come up in search on Vudu so they should transfer.


EDIT: Never mind, it shows up now and is playable. Though it still does not come up when searching for it.

It's been my experience that this is how VUDU handles UV movies that it doesn't actually sell. I thought I lost some Disney movies which were vaulted and no longer sold and somebody explained this to me.

As long as they are UV movies and from what I've seen they do appear to be so. I have some from each decade that shows I already own them because they are UV and were bought from Vudu.

Yeah but it could be worst Vudu has all three season's of Wonder Woman for $24.99 while Fandango now has just season three for $29.99 all by it's self. I really wish iTunes where UV or shareable.

I know When Harry Met Sally has been at least $6.99 on Vudu; my memory is hazy but it was possibly as low as $4.99 once.

For what it's worth on FN's 1950s bundle A Place in the Sun and Greatest Show On Earth do not seem to immediately transfer to Vudu (everything else did). I'm not sure why these two aren't porting over but I have noticed occasional quirks (for example I own Batman Forever on UV but it never displayed in Vudu). I'll update this post if Place in the Sun and Greatest Show on Earth do end up porting; both show as UV in Vudu and FN.

The 1970s set seemed to work fine; everything from 1970s immediate came over.

It would be great if FandangoNow advertised these better (or at all), but finding these daily deals is easy once you have one URL. Just update the date at the end of the URL in YYYYMMDD format.

That way was working and then they stopped updating it for a few days until today. Still if they really wanted people to buy them then they should make it easier or maybe send out an email every now and then.
