The Big Lebowski & 10 Cloverfield Place immediately spring to mind for film. As others have said, is role/performance as Dan Connor on Roseanne is what I will always remember him for.

I dug his role in Cloverfield Lane. The audience just didn't know whether he was villain, unlikely hero, victim, or a bit of everything.

My favorite movie of his is Big Lebowski but favorite performance was The Gambler. Thought he should've been in the running for an Oscar nomination there. (Underrated movie in general.) Also have a soft spot for The Emperor's New Groove. Thought 10 Cloverfield Lane was quite good until it imploded in the last 10 minutes.
