ok so if the steelbook is real, is the one i pre-ordered the steelbook? when i preordered it said steelbook but now it doesnt say that. what a shady thing to do

So the steelbook is not as bad as it could have been, and not as good as it might have been. I look forward to seeing it in person next week.

I do see it listed on amazon for $39.99 but it doesn't state it's a steelbook. I'm not sure if they are releasing this only as a steelbook or as both steel & standard cased. i'll wait for someone who ordered it and gets it to confirm it's a steelbook. it's a great price for 4 movies and they each have individual discs and DC's.

You do all realize that he was simply referring to the word "Ultimate" in the title, right? As in, "adj. 1a. Being last in a series, process, or progression" (AHD5). I.e., if they make more movies, then this won't be the last of Laika.

Or perhaps he was also thinking of "3a. Of the greatest possible size or significance; maximum . . . b. Representing or exhibiting the greatest possible development or sophistication." I.e., if Laika makes more movies that are better than these, then "Ultimate" doesn't apply, either.

I thought it was a clever comment.

Because I got this at the lower price, I'm okay with this and will see this as a good way to own the four films; but that being said this isn't a steel I would ever hang on my wall or display.

So when is someone at BB going to post an early shot of this? I hope this is a wide store release and not just an online thing. I really don't like ordering steels online from stores...
