Personally, I do like this artwork tyat Zavvi has showing, but I also really love the German artwork currently being shown...

The thing is, I love the German image more, but I really hate that "black bar with title" on the front.

Pretty sure the " black bar" is just paper and won't be on the actual SB. The downside of that for some is that it might have no title on the front.

Title on the spine is all I need to be satisfied in that department. All of mine are stored on a shelf spine out anyhow, so it really doesn't matter about titles on the front cover.

Very nice. One can only imagine what you might come up with for The Thin Red Line.

I am certain that there is no title on the front.
Also, the people on the back are upside down.

The Thin Red Line....Been wracking my brain for months on that conundrum.

Might have to come back to it once the oversized packaging problem is solved on the suggested design for The Green Mile.

Too bad about the stories I am reading about the BD trandfer apparently being muffed and having poor black levels and the colors being off. I have not seen it yet so I may wait to see if a corrected disc is in the works.

Glad I wasn't the only one that noticed that. The color grading is awful. I don't even think it's the transfer. They need to render the whole film again and sort out the colors.

The sound on the other hand left me with goosebumps 10/10

Forget color grading and brightness, I'm just wanting some kind of confirmation on some artwork for this thing. I'd love it if the current temp art ends up being the final version, I'm such a sucker for a nice white steel and this would easily be a favorite.
