I haven't seen this via TT's Blu-ray release, but the FXM movie channel recently showed it and it looked excellent. As for their "HD source" ...

The TT sale means I finally picked this up. Just arrived in the mail.

First impression of packaging? Man, the booklet cover would have been much better for the front cover than the static picture they used.

Yep. It's the big TT damn near Christmas sale. 190ish titles at TT and Screen Archives. Some are running low already.

How To Steal... is in the $20 bracket, which was my sweet spot for it. I think Two For The Road is there, too.

Adding this to my media server today, not seeing the mono track that's listed on the case and in the settings menu. Excluding the commentary and music tracks there are two stereo DTS-HD MA tracks with 959 kb/s and 1 795 kb/s bitrates reported by MediaInfo.

Put it in the Oppo, set it to mono audio and it's playing the 1795 kb/s track and also reporting as L/R channels. Back to the stereo audio and it's playing the 959 kb/s track with L/R channels. I'm kinda thinking there's an authoring problem here? I looked at another title with DTS-HD MA mono and it's 792 kb/s.

*shrug*

Most of TT's 1.0 mono tracks are actually dual-encoded mono and have been for a long time.

Thanks, I was hoping someone would tell me it's not wrong. I can't say I've heard of dual encoded mono though, I'll look it up!

Yeah it's barebones, no extras, PQ looks good from a quick scan of the disc.
