I'm in the same boat...no 4K tv yet but plan on towards the end of the year so I'm collecting and future proofing my collection while I can with 4K steels and with slip covers on them while they last...in the mean time luckily these combo packs have regular Blu ray.....I've been done with dvds for years now lol

Love this artwork, way better than the original HMV exclusive, but will look good alongside it

I'll still keep picking them up as long as they keep making them; I would love to see a 4K 3D release of some kind digital or streamed content, that would be fantastic. Sucks that there is no 4K 3D Blu support.

Oh and this move was FANTASTIC in 3D!

I now return you to our regular discussion.
I am in the same boat as far as eyeing a LG set with 4K and 3D capabilities. The fact that all of the big manufacturers have stopped making 3D sets has me wanting to buy another set now just in case they never go back to manufacturing them. I am keeping an eye to see if any of these 2016 LG sets hit clearance anywhere.

I know DVD's still sell and rent at RedBox but I just don't know why they are still being produced, aside from being cheap. Blu rays and blu ray players are more than affordable at this point, everyone has HD TV's now. When I got my launch PS3 I started buying blus, ditched all of my DVD's and never looked back.

Separately. In case you missed the other two posts.

Is there an echo in here?

Haven't seen it on here but it's looking like June 13 will be the release date. I have to say I'm surprised WB isn't putting this out BEFORE Wonder Woman's theatrical release

Price just dropped to $24.99

Does Best Buy's preorder work just like Amazon as they will always charge the lowest price between placing the order and shipping?
Or they only give you the lower price of when you place the order and when it ships?
So basically I preordered it when it was $31.99. Now it drops to $24.99. Let's say on release week it is back up to $27.99. Which price will I be paying?

You could send them an email, or call customer service for a price adjustment.

You should be charged the lowest price no matter the fluctuation, and with BB if the price drops even more at all during your return window you can get a price adjustment. Honestly no reason to email or call for an adjustment until a couple of days after you've received it. I'm constantly preordering from BB and I'm always charged the correct amount without the hassle of contacting them.

Thanks! I always thought so just never really experienced multiple price changes after pre-order.

I wish this was like an "ultimate" pack with the regular Blu-ray, 4K, AND 3D.

Just Blu-ray makes it an easy (and unfortunate) pass.

Samesies. I was looking for 4K, and thought there would be at the least 2 steelbook versions (like Logan), but only saw the one. I can't even play 4K yet, but I like to future proof myself when I can. However, I still pre-ordered it since I only buy steelbooks now.
