Looks cool, but the trailer made dream back to simpler times where underwater films were shot under water and not just made with computer. The Abyss being the king of those times!

This looks to me to be a cross between the George Cosmatos film 'Leviathan' with a heavy dose the Abyss. If it supposed to take place in the earth's deepest point the Mariana Trench, then i might be interested, but it looks fairly unoriginal. And Kristen Stewart is so wooden she should have MFI tattoed on her backside...

Stewart was already very good in the movies she did in-between the Twilight movies, like Adventureland, The Runnaways and Welcome to the Rileys. Since Twilight both her and Pattison have smart career choices and mostly appeared in indie and art house films which offered then challenging roles. They’ve proven themselves to be good actors and are now in demand with top directors around the world. Even in the Twilight movies they pretty much did what was required, those films were just so badly written and the characters so poorly conceived, Marlon Brando and Katherine Hepburn wouldn’t have stood a chance in their heyday.

Stewart was terrific in Olivier Assayas' Personal Shopper, my favorite film of hers. A really intriguing and slow paced suspense thriller in the best tradition of Roman Polanski in his heyday.

Chip, i wouldn't sully the name of Ikea by suggesting a quality manufacturer like them be associated with the likes of Kristen Stewart. Perhaps 'Jewson' might be better?

Saw the trailer at my screening of Zombieland and I really liked what I saw. It reminded me of Alien/Prometheus and ironically it's also from Fox.
