Is this worth a blind buy? For someone who has never seen the film before and is not nostalgic for it? The reviews seem to be mixed. It's a nice looking steel, and native 4K.

Best to rent or stream it for your own interest. That way you’ve invested very little & can feel secure about purchasing or passing.

I love this movie. I almost thought it was a metalpak too, but I think that's the hinges like in the board game.

Buy this AND rent/stream it. That way, if you like it you can keep it. Much easier to return to store than selling out.

This should have a great transfer, I expect that from Sony now. But that steel looks amazing, one my childhood favorites!

I posted this also in the 4K thread, but my store only got 2 of the steelbooks in. It is a great looking design. Hopefully the PQ is great too.

Uh yeah, my store got 115 steelbooks from Sony for Tuesday. At least 10-15 of each. I don't think these will be hard to get.
