Brandon: Batman Begins does NOT use the newer 4K transfer for the pack-in BD, it's the previous transfer given a new AVC encode and DTS-HD 5.1 audio (old release was VC-1 and Dobly TrueHD 5.1). Same situation with The Prestige, as you've already noted.

Spider-Man 1 and 3 (Raimi ones) use the newer Mi4K transfers for the refreshed Blu-rays included with the UHDs. But, in case you're wondering, Spidey 2 does not because they re-used the old branched 1080p transfer for both cuts of the film (Mi4K remaster was for theatrical only).
