This was an enjoyable movie and like The Meg it felt like a bit of a 90's throwback style action movie. I only saw it in 2D but I look forward to picking up the 3D blu.

As far as I can tell, Best Buy doesn't even have the standard Blu-ray or 4K releases up for pre-order either. Only their steelbook. I'm sure they will put up all of the listings within the next few days.

It's available on Amazon, where they show the final artwork. It's definitely being released in the US.

I ordered it on Aug. 10 but now the artwork is gone. Probably not missing much, I paid almost $40.00 for it. Have a order with Amazon UK for around $25.00. Will see what happens.

Thank you Universal! You guys are the best. I will continue to support your 3D releases in the US as long as you keep releasing them! I just wished other studios would follow your lead.

The back of Pacific Rim: Uprising 3D (Universal's prior 3D release) looks exactly the same. And both the 3D and 2D discs have Atmos.

I don't think there's anything to worry about.

Except if you look further up Disc 1 is described as 3D.

I just noticed WALMART.CA removed all their new 3d listings, including Skyscraper 3d (listed at $29.99 CDN) Rampage, Ready Player One, Jurassic Fallen Kingdom ($29.99 CDN) and more.

They don't even have Pacific Rim listed any longer. I purchased Pacific Rim, Ready Player One and Tomb Raider (which has also been removed) from Walmart Canada and my local store still has them. I hope this isn't the end of Walmart Canada's support for 3d titles and that physical stores will still carry discs.
