Just bumping an old thread but here's a company called Western Imperial Magnetics in Richmond, BC that stocks clear Blu-ray cases at a decent price.
They are intended for PS3 but the only marking on them is a molded Blu-ray logo instead of a silver printed one.

Good point. I checked my Criterion Blu-ray at home and realized the clear sleeve extends to the very top of the case unlike a regular Blu-ray case.

If you're looking for regular Blu-ray cases, this is still a pretty good source here in Canada.

Don’t know. I believe the app on my iOS devices is regional to eBay Canada. The app notified me about it, so I assumed it pertains to us Canucks.

It does but you need to spend about 100 CDN for it to work since it’s 75 USD. Gives you about 20 CDN off.
