That’s good. How would you say the quality of the video & audio are on these discs?

Die Hard 1-3 REALLY need some new remasters, these are discs and masters from 2007 that haven't aged that well. (First one got only remastered for the 4K disc ).

Live Free or Die Hard still looks and sounds pretty good, and with this release (and the other recent 5 Movie Collection) it's pretty much the only way to get the Unrated cut On the Blu-ray.

Obviously A Good Day to Die Hard is the best looking from them all, but the worst movie so far.

If you don't mind a lot about some old transfers for 1-3 you have a pretty good collection in here.

True, I figured it was the 2007 discs but wasn’t sure. Would you say it’s worth getting if I already own parts 1-4 on DVD & part 5 on Blu-Ray? Basically are the old transfers that much better than the DVD?

I'll say yes.

They are a mild improvement over the DVD's and just the inclusion on the Unrated cut for Live Free or Die Hard makes it worth it.

And also if you have already a 4K player I'll recommend to get the 4K version of Die Hard as well, it's a better transfer than the Blu-ray one and it's not expensive, I've seen it on Walmart for $15.
