Batman fought a Kryptonian to a standstill in what I'm pretty sure was a 50-60 lb suit. That made less sense to me than any of these other complaints. Didn't really bother me though, it's NOT REAL.

At least he's from a space-faring culture that generally seems to operate at Star Wars levels of technology. It's a little more jarring when it's guys on relative backwater modern-day Earth, even the comic-book version.

Aaaaaaaabsolutely not. I was not a fan of anything in Infinity War, really.

I only mentioned the nanotech because the cereal box glove is basically magic. It's all basically magic. MCU films are now completely in the realm of fantasy.

And...I've seldom liked these movies. I dislike most of them. It's like you are addressing me as if I were a fan. lol.

The magic is more visible than it has ever been. So while it bothered me it the past, now I'm just completely checking out.

I know when I go to a movie with a talking raccoon, Angry Tree and a guy with a magic hammer that hangs out with a guy made of rocks and one who can turn into a green rage monster I expect other aspects to be totally believable. Otherwise I get up and demand my money back.

They're movie's. One has to suspend their reality of disbelief. Same goes for films constantly defying the laws of physics. You have to believe the unbelievable.

I'm glad I never let reality/logic ruin my moviegoing experience...

You prove me point.

There is still a construct to the movie universe that must be preserved. Each universe has a specific set of rules in which it is built upon. For example, if a Jedi shows up in the MCU, it breaks that construct. Still a make believe character, but it really doesn't belong in the MCU and would feel wrong if it was there.

For many people, that same principal is applied when going from metal suits to necklace suits and beyond.

Suspension of disbelief and what I am talking about aren't the same thing.

"The Force" defies logic, but still makes sense within the universal rules of the Star Wars movies. But if we all of a sudden had a transformer in the movie, it would seem bizarre.

Same thing goes for some of the elements of the MCU. The story is getting to a point where some of the plot points feel as if they don't belong within the shared universe and are only being introduced to help lazy writing.
