I have contacted customer service 3 times about this. I was really firm and angry the last time I reached out to them yesterday having paid for this in full on the 5th and not receiving any updates even when I was assured I would within 72 hours. They just got back to me and assured me again it was coming and claimed to have refunded my shipping.

The FS should have been just to the UK (most US order got a 0.99 discount) though unless you somehow ordered it through the ZavviUS portal and I didn't think Rebels SB was available through that site.

Yeah somehow it was through Zavvi US looking at my confirmation email.
$5 discount on the shipping. Wonder if this is the hold up on having it dispatched.

Well I'll be damned.

For the first time ever, I got a damaged steelbook from Zavvi. All the same, it appears they changed their shipping methods - from a study box to a cheap cardboard envelope. It does explain the damage.

I went ahead and sent in a replacement request (and specifically emphasized sending the new one in a box), so we'll see how it goes.

For those whose steelbooks haven't shipped yet on the website, but got charged -- it may have shipped. Mine arrived today (crappy cardboard sleeve!) even though my order still says not shipped. At least it showed up, and unopened it looks ok. Can't believe the terrible packaging though.

Mine arrived yesterday I was so excited. There is an ever so slight dent in the corner that wouldn’t likely be noticeable unless ur obsessive like uscollextors. I love the steelbook so much not going to bother trying to get a replacement. It would still have to be shipped accross the world anyway so what’s the point. I love how well this matches the previous one! I just wish the lightsabers had the same effect. That Season one steelbook is such a quality steelbook I love it so much. Love this one as well but wish it was up to par quality wise with season one.

Mine arrived today! Very nice looking steel!
Quick shipping, only ordered it a few days ago. Shipped from their nearby U.S. warehouse.
Two very tiny, minor mini dents on the front that don't really matter at all, perfect back.

Maybe it was Rebels Season 1?
These 'Lil Envelope shippers are horrible.
I have a ding right at the top of Ahsoka's saber hilt.

I got mine yesterday and like most of you mine came damaged as well. I have a nice dent on the back near the spine by Vaders hand. It wasn't visible until you took off the J-card. I've asked for a replacement, we'll see how that goes.

That cardboard envelope they started using is worthless. Even the corrugated vac sealed cardboard mailers from Best Buy are better than these things.

I don't think I have any teeth left but I actually got Zavvi to send me a replacement without needing to send the bent one back. After only offering a 15% refund or for me to send it back and they can only reimburse 15% of the total cost of item for shipping. If you get something in unacceptable condition don't budge!!
