Not a fan of the mailers, had some damage. Zavvi and BB both have been hit and miss with there shipping lately for my recent orders.

Aside the damage, i love the steelbook!

Hey, I signed up just to post on this thread! My AoS came in a mailer absolutely crushed, so much so that when I opened the case it came apart from the plastic spine. Zavvi were pretty good and gave me an exchange but, today I received my Solo steelbook which has also been damaged! That’s two in a row due to these cheap mailers they now seem to use.

Your one of the lucky ones to get a replacement 5hat quickly.

Complainig to then doesn't work. They just want to keep costs down

I complained today about my Solo steelbook and they are going to replace that one too. I have brought a lot of steelbooks from them and this is the first time I’ve had a problem which has seeemed to be resolved well both times.
