Mine still says 'arriving Monday by 8 PM' but no dispatch as of today.

I just got this email:-

'Hello, We're still trying to obtain the item(s) which you ordered on September 06 2018. We’ll email you as soon as we have a delivery date, and we’re making every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. If you would prefer, you can cancel this order and you won’t be charged.'

The waiting continues...

How generous of them. You can cancel the order so they can escape scot-free. I have just chatted to a CSR and will keep the transcript. He said they do have the steelbook in stock still. However as in the previous conversation they did promise to deliver it today although I have had the same response as you Andrew on the order status.

The digipack has indeed arrived within minutes of contacting CS. If the steelbook does not arrive today or indeed never do not let them get off the hook. Shoddy customer service is not acceptable. Get what you can out of them. I will certainly escalate the issue if it remains unresolved to my satisfaction.

Well I been told they have no stock but they are trying to get some more stock. As a gesture of good will they given me credit towards my next order. Hopefully they get some stock and ship it soon.

There is no local HMV near me so online is my only option and I am don't want to let the amazon order go since it was the cheapest option.

They haven't let me down that often, but this one really hurts. Got my "cancelled" email today, so immediately sent a complaint. Not that it'll make any difference, I'm stuck without the Steelbook

and I ain't paying some Steelbook tout's prices for it.

EDIT: Received a reply. The usual apologies and palmed off with £10 towards my next order. Not the answer I wanted, but if they get enough complaints about it they'll be less likely to F up again if it hurts them financially. Get complaining Amazon purchasers.

Unless you are set on the UK edition -- just order from JBHIFI and get the AUS edition. -- around £20-22 shipped I'm guessing even if it's not on sale (i haven't checked the exchange lately), but to the US it was easily the cheapest version

I don't know if the 20% sale (sched to start Th or Friday) will apply to this item or if JB will randomly block Internation sales of certain releases during the sale again.

Mine shipped about 10 days ago so hopefully will get here around the 15th based on past shipping times. The last time JB started a sale after my item shipped then even refunded me the difference -- wasn't expecting that at all.

Or once the US Best Buy exclusive releases maybe one of the US Buyers will pick up one for you -- not sure what the personal shopper rate is.
I'll assume the Scandanavian versions probably disappeared as well.
