I want to order for pickup in the store, but it says unavailable. Does it usually become available on release day or what?

mine shows arrival on thursday. I'm assuming that is b/c it is scheduled for UPS innovations or whatever that is called where they deliver it to the USPS for final delivery. However, if UPS decides "they will be in the area" then it should be here tomorrow. Book looks awesome! I loves the digibooks!

Even if they did, the computer system wouldn't let them sell it to you til tomorrow morning.

The Target website is showing that the Aquaman exclusive is out of stock all over the Los Angeles area. WTF? I hope that's bull or I'll have to wind up buying it online. ugh.

Yet mine has been processing since last week. Target is horrible with pre-orders.

Don't trust anything Target's site says about store stock till at least after noon release day. Target usually disables store pickup and inventory levels till sometime release day. Brickseek won't help either since Target uses a different inventory system than before, and brickseek doesn't access it immediately. You can try zoolert, but no guarantees that they will be updated on inventory at the moment. Best bet is to call you preferred Target store at open and see if they tell you how they have, if you are able to get there by store opening.

That’s not entirely true. Target has been screwing up with the store distribution of their exclusive titles lately (some locations get inventory after release day, or some locations never get any copies at all). It doesn’t happen with every Target exclusive title, but it has been happening more frequently.

According to the Target website, the only way to get any copy of Aquaman, whether it be Blu-ray, 4K or 3D is to have it shipped

I'm hoping to pick this up today. My local Target is on the way to work and opens at 8 am so I'll drop by and see if they have put it out yet. Sometimes they do put them out early and sometimes not and I have to go back at lunch. Hate to spend the $36.99 but I already have the other Digi Books and now that I have a 4K set up would seem foolish not to buy the 4K version.

My store has 5 copies max of the 4K Aquaman exclusive and about 8-10 of the regular exclusive.

My store had five 4K versions and about a dozen BD versions at 8:15am.

Looks great but I couldn't justify dropping $37 + tax on it, so I passed.
