I didn't get to see the last part due to Vudu's moronic 24-hour time limit (got distracted), but what I did see was good. Probably not a Christmas classic but enjoyable.

Santa lives in Alaska apparently but it doesn't look anything like Alaska. Lol

I've seen worse Christmas movies and at the very end it redeemed itself, so I'll give it a 2/5.

The kid should have been punished, though.

I mean, considering how much of an entitled shit he was, being forced to be good and helpful or else Santa kills his ass is probably the worst punishment of an egotistical self entitled person can receive.

I liked this film. Even though the premise is ridiculous, the film handles the premise in a serious manner, which is to the film's benefit.

The Booth Bijou gives 'Fatman' 3.75 out of 5 stars.

I enjoyed this. Gibson is still a great actor, and Goggins is always entertaining. Some of the plot didn't make sense like the stuff with the US government hiring Santa's workforce and why they'd even have a contract with him to begin with, but it's a clever twist on some common Christmas story elements.
