A lot of people are saying she looks like Mark Ruffallo, I thought she looked more like the daughter of Bill Bixby.

Something about her face structure reminds me of him somewhat.

Anyway hopefully this can start filming soon.

It depends on the source material, but she generally turns into the woman she wants to be, both physically (she gets her ultimate make-over) and personality-wise, she gains confidence and sheds her inhibitions. Depending on the source she resumes her career in law as the She Hulk (in some iterations the changes are permanent).

So if you look at the MCU, she's a bit like Professor Hulk.

She-Hulk is a character that differs....rather wildly depending on the writer, but at her best, she's like a more family-friendly, delightful Deadpool-lite.

She's constantly breaking the fourth wall (she once knocked-out Spider-Man by flinging a speech bubble), and her comic frequently pokes fun at the ridiculousness and weird leaps of logic in the Marvel world. You don't see too many lawyers fighting for her client to have a better origin story.

In the world of the MCU, ideally, her show would strike a sort of balance between an endearingly quirky tone and bombastic, somewhere between Wes Anderson, Taika Waititi and Shane Black.

...Didn't like, actual members of the production crew basically confirm that she was in? Not to mention, both the showrunner and Mark Ruffalo themselves outright confirmed the news with congratulatory tweets.

I'm all for throwing garbage rumors down the chute , and I get actors having to play coy due to their NDA's, but it's kinda foolish of her to say that when literally everyone else involved in the show say she's a done deal.

Unless things have changed and she got fired since lol.

How old was this interview? If it was before the announcement, she couldn't say it if she wasn't allowed to yet.

I believe it was reported on Deadline or Variety too, not just random sites.

EDIT: It was both, but it was from "sources" and Marvel didn't return requests for comment though... so maybe since they didn't announce it, she can't confirm it... or Marvel hasn't officially cast somebody, or she can't do it or something.
