Check the BB site on 1am EST, 10pm PST on Monday, Dec 9 and it will be available for store pick up. A lot of the times, lately, it will go back up for shipping a day or two after release

I've never personally ran into this issue. Most of the people that work the desk at my local store are collectors themselves (orat least claim to be). Maybe I'm just lucky for that though.

I actually made a comment to a guy at the counter once and he passed along my feedback to not do that. That was about 2 years ago. Each time I've had ISPU on a movie since, none of the people have written on it.

I have to admit, it's back and forth with me. I prefer shipping because I get it in early, but I prefer ISPU for price/tax differences.

But I hate when they write their initials on the slip though. -_-

The fact that this is unavailable on Amazon and Best Buy tells me that the print run was relatively small and the initial preorders were significant.

...could be another Rogue One.

It shouldn’t be available on Amazon(unless Marketplace), as its exclusive to BB in the US.

This is a Best Buy exclusive. Amazon has nothing to do with it.

Ray, are you ok buddy? usually you are one of the more in-the-know collectors here.
For the hell of IT, I searched Amazon and there is a listing but its says "Currently Unavailable" and when you click on IT, IT says that its a region 2/B disc, so as another poster said earlier, its a third party seller, since this is a Best Buy exclusive in the US
