Oh if i ordered i doubt i'd ever go through the hassle of selling it on, i'm way too lazy for that.

I wonder how many people in this thread have actually seen the movie. I still own the VHS lol.

I have been a fan of theirs for a while but with 3D I feel like I’m beating a sole drum in that thread lol.

I had a ton of 80's slashers on VHS and still have plenty on DVD but Silent Madness somehow eluded me, so I'll have the pleasure of watching it for the first time in 3D and thanks to the 3-DFA it'll look better than Friday the 13th Part 3.

One of these independent companies needs to take a chance on Treasure of the four Crowns and let Robert Furmanek and the 3-D Film Archive do the 3-D restoration.

Ah I'm in the same boat, still have many old VHS tapes of 80's slasher movies.

I do remember this movie having a very funny 3D effect with an axe being thrown that is actually done as cartoon animation. It looks awful in 2D but should be great fun in 3D.

Wonder why VS never gave the initial pre-order crowd a heads-up about a ViewMaster reel? Just found out about it from this thread today and it's now sold out!

Love how in one of their selected screen shots it’s the girl showing off her bo**s

Keep em coming with more slashers in 3D!

They did. It was mentioned last week that there would be some special 3D items that would be very limited to pop their cherry. I forget who it was but someone actually guessed ViewMaster

Yes but might be missing content. The VS guy mentioned it yesterday right before the sale started. He didn't say what would or could be missing from the standard edition

According to someone in the VS thread there's a little over 3000 copies left of the 6000 copies made

Just bought this. It will be my Christmas present to myself.
With shipping to the UK, it came down to £36.35.
Never seen this, but as always, a restoration by the 3D film archive is worth it.
I will update when I get it and if I was it with custom charges. Maybe they let this one slide in in the name of Christmas.

Has anyone bought the 2021 subscription from VS yet? I did and it never asked for my shipping address, just my billing address. I emailed their orders email contact but am not expecting a response any time soon. Anyone else have this happen? My confirmation email even shows a shipping address missing. I just threw an individual title into my cart and tried to checkout and it asked for both shipping and billing. So not sure if it’s standard to not get a shipping address on the yearly subscriptions.

To their credit, VS do try to be as customs-friendly as possible.

Probably best to ask in the Vinegar Syndrome thread: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?p=18353980

Wow! I had that as a kid.

I know that this is research for another time that I can do on my own, and I will get to it, but having secured the VS ViewMaster, I'm going to look into acquiring some of the older reels. My fear is that the images will have faded over time, much like the filmstrips used in the Show'N Tell record players.
