Just opened my copy and it was dimpled to hell under the j card, hope I can find a replacement

mine came in a bubble mailer. the plastic wrap had some tears but its nearly clean except a small paint chip on the back. its on part of the white so its not noticeable.

does anyone have luck contacting bestbuy customer service for partial refund or anything for damaged steelbook?

mine arrived with a couple of dents but i dont feel like going through the hassle of returns

Mine did arrive yesterday, and I lost the Best Buy lotto this time as this one had a rather nasty dent at the top. Didn't even bother to open it. Label printed, it's repackaged, and I'll be heading to the UPS drop box tomorrow. Upsetting as, for me at least, Best Buy has only about a 65% success rate, but maybe, just maybe one day, someone there will have a light bulb click in their head and realize a lot of SteelBooks get returned due to damage. Probably not, but I can hope!

Huh. Seeing a lot of people saying they got bubble mailers, but both this and my PSYCHO steelbook arrived in their own small boxes padded with air pillows.

Finished watching this. It has to be one of the best blind buy movies I've picked up. Nice to have it in a collector's steelbook.
