I still don't understand this. Since this thread was started, I've received/returned Disturbia, Blood Diamond, Lost Season 4 Disc 6, and 3:10 to Yuma.

Now, only one of those was a new release, but I had no delays. I am in Baltimore, MD... so maybe some others are on west coast?
