Yes, this article reports that has been successfully done. Backer screenings just announced too: https://trekmovie.com/2024/10/16/wat...-kate-mulgrew/

This will be quite a tease then! I backed the project like 5 years ago, so am looking forward to finally seeing it.

Perhaps they will finally announce a shipping date for the documentary.

I genuinely hope everyone reading this thread has seen "The Center Seat" It is 100% the best Star Trek documentary of all time. It's available on Prime. I wish they would disc it.

Celebrate 30 years of Voyager - by prominently featuring a character not introduced until the 4th season and reducing the main character to the background.

I'm not the biggest Voyager fan but it has the honor of having one of my top 20 favorite Trek episodes ever with Blink of an Eye.

It is not my favorite Trek either, but I learned to appreciate it over the years.

It's also free on Freevee and Tubi in the UK and other countries. Excellent series, originally seems the plan was to run it for multiple seasons but not much else seems to be happening with it.

For those who backed this project, did you like the mosaïc poster?

It appears that maybe sometime in the future Voyager for the very first time might get a 2K scan and released on the 2K Blu-ray format. Would rather see 4K scan and 4K Blu-ray, but 2K Blu-ray is better than nothing. Its in the Blu-ray.com database but no official release date so still a possibility that it might not happen.

Unfortunately it being in the database means absolutely nothing. There's lots of phantom titles in the database.

There is a Blu-Ray Release of Star Trek Voyager. But it's from China, on only 16 Discs... sounds like bad quality - if it's real I wouldn't try it. But if you do, search for "Star Trek Voyager BD" on ebay.
Hoping for DS9 and VOY on Blu-Ray too. There were rumors a couple of years ago that they are working on an AI version of DS9. But haven't heard anything since.
