If you follow the Blu-ray SteelBooks thread then yes eventually someone will create a new thread for the lenticular steelbook of SNWH when it is announced.

I usually don't collect lenticular steelbook, just normal steelbook (and not for every movie, I follow some "rules" let's say), but in this case I bought the blu-ray steelbook of homecoming and far from home on Zavvi on promo, so I want the no way home too in order to complete the set. I hope I can buy it in the next months if Zavvi turn on the pre-order. about the first trilogy and the 2 amazing spiderman, I have almost all the steelbooks of each film and the first trilogy. really beautiful

Absolutely., they are beautiful. Not too fond of the lenticular magnets either., but most of these black lenticular steelbooks are absolutely gorgeous and now I can’t stop but collect them all.

Nobody ever knows if an item will be restocked by Zavvi.

If it is, it will probably be around the release date there which they haven't announced yet.

As has been said IF it comes back in it'll be near release (likely from cancellations and/or reserves that weren't necessary as not many were damaged in the post) but IIRC the French steelbook is the same design... it's also sold out but it's worth keeping an eye if they get more available too.

Just looked at Zavvi this afternoon and they now have this for pre-order:

If you don't mind the hoodie (and waiting until 29th April) then you can get the steelbook without have to hope on a restock or paying eBay prices.
