The BD is a single disc release. It has the same extras as the 4K release. The 4K combo 4K combo has the same Blu-ray disc with the film and extras included here. Initially 88 Films did list the Blu-ray release as being a 2-disx set, so that's probably why some retailers and ebay listings state that.

how does the bluray get a video quality of 4.5 and the 4K only a 4in the review?

I believe they are measured by both different formats. 4k has a higher standard . A bluray of a release could look stellar compared to it's format while the 4k might not be as up to snuff in it's own.
