If they did, then maybe Maverick might be in stock. But you never know. For example, The Batman 4K Walmart exclusive giftset was available at my store, but only the standard blu ray version, not the 4K edition. The 4K edition of that was only available to pre-order online.

Still have plenty of new release 4ks, but does depend on particular store. Some have more regular releases than others.

Walmart is showing my delivery date as 12/1, but I bet it arrives on time. I had other pre-orders with delivery dates of 1/1/2023 that arrived on the correct release date.

My steelbook arrived this morning via FedEx.
Here is the lenticular magnet it came with.

And when I removed the magnet I saw the steelbook had a dent near the corner.. the magnet is undamaged, so the dent must have happened BEFORE they put it on. Ugh!

My steelbook of Starship Troopers is supposed to arrive today. I hope it arrives undamaged.

Hmmm... I'm not sure I like the fact that the magnet doesn't fit the whole front. Usually they sit in a border or they are full covering. Not fitting flush is looking really cheap lol

Mine just got delivered early, too. Steelbook & both discs are mint, lenticular magnet is nice, and it's strong enough to stick to the Steelbook thru a PET protector sleeve.

Talked to Walmart chat and they have processed me a replacement arriving Monday. They wanted to me to return the item first to process the replacement, but I got them to process me one for it to ship first and then return the damaged one later.

Came mint, magnet had some residue on back so luckily it didn't scratch steel. Maverick is now keeping an eye on what's in the freezer until I find a better place to put the magnet.

The french edition exclusive to Fnac does not have this problem. The magnet perfectly covers the entire surface. On the other hand, below, the visual is identical so there are 2 very distinct steelbooks. And I prefer the one with warmer colors, much more successful in my opinion...

So the US one is real life Tom and the french one is movie Tom in regard to height and surrounding cast.

Ugh! My copy just came in a bubble mailer and it's completely crushed on the back side.

It also has corner dents.

I had even chatted with a customer service agent beforehand and politely requested that they ship it in a box.

A previous steelbook I ordered from them also came this way.

Does anyone know if these will be in Walmart stores tomorrow? I hope I can swap it with another copy.

How would that work? Do you have to bring an order number or initiate a return ahead of time on their site?
