eh, Rebels and a lot of Clone Wars was about building and expanding the overall SW Universe and mythos, introducing new characters.

This is the reason why I didn't terribly like the last episode of Tales. Kinda made a worse version of the novel(a really good novel too) with the only real thing of note I liked is the beginning and the Inquisitor's Design. Otherwise I'm never going to default to this episode.

Honestly, canon is what you want it to be at this stage. Way too much content, controversy, contradictions, timeline issues, non-deaths, revivals and whatever else. Thats what happens when "canon" includes movies, TV shows, video games, cartoons, novels & after school specials. Just watch it/read it/play it and soak it all in. Its a mess anyways.

So if Yaddle speaks normally, does this mean Yoda has some sort of speach impediment? Before this I thought all members of Yoda's race would speak like him

Loved the first season. Such a cool way to give us more stories/depth to Jedi/former Jedi characters in the Clone Wars style animation.

Who do you want to see in season 2/future seasons? For me:

1. Young Jedi Ventress with other episodes about Quinlan Vos, culminating in showing us the Dark Disciple Clone Wars arc.

2. Young Yoda

3. Young Mace Windu

4. Sifo-Dyas

5. Qui-Gon Jinn with young Obi-Wan (with young Satine)
