Went with Namor.... that's just a beautiful cover to me, even if no Wakandans are there.

But thats besides the point.
Disney is expecting the fans to buy both just because its Marvel, and with a poor 4k to boot.
It would be a little questionable if the 4k was the best it could be, but at the price point of $38 for both and with a mixed at best 4k, its not worth it to collect both just because it says its limited.

It honestly makes no sense. It's like people never heard of variant comic books either.

No, this was going to happen whether free shipping initiative took place or not. Prices have been going up for items for a while now from food goods, electronics, and now blu-rays, etc. It was stated that prices would hike up for everything in 2023.

Luckily, I had a $10 reward certificate — brought the price down to $31.49!

I pre-ordered both because I am an OCD completionist collector. I do like the Namor one better.

Yup, I'm passing.

Y'all enjoy! Maybe I'll get a 4K disc and just keep it inside the steel of the first.

I pre-ordered both because I'm weak. Am I particularly happy at paying $80 for 2 copies of the same movie that I liked but didn't quite love? Not at all. Would I have been happy if I'd only gotten one of them? Also probably not. Don't be like me, kids. Let me serve as the cautionary tale.

Hopefully this is a one time ordeal like Age of Ultron. Because $83 for two steels of the same movie is kinda crappy.

The standard 4K is 33.99, Amsterdam was/is the same price. Hopefully Disney isn’t making this the new standard price for releases
