Worst thing is it probably won't let me cancel the order if I don't get it tomorrow. Walmart sucks with these preorders.

According to the Walmart website there was only one location in my city selling this and I went to go buy it. Drove 15 miles out. The attendant had not yet put them on display and she got it from the back for me. Looked like there was 2 more copies on her cart. Strange. You would think either zero retail locations would be selling it or several. Not just one.

I cancelled my ordered today because it still said delayed. I reordered it it says arriving Thursday. So I’ll see what happens next.

Mine says the same, arrives today. Which I figured it wasn’t. What is so hard for this movie to be shipped, it’s not something that’s in high demand lol

I don't know what's going on with Walmart lately, they barely have updated anything for pre-sale if it was announced after mid-April (the sole exception being major studio titles and weirdly, Shout Factory July titles). On top of that, their shipping on pre-orders has been all over the place. A few Criterions I pre-ordered arrived early while the Indicator Jean Rollin 4Ks had to be re-ordered cause they sat for over a week under "preparing" after the release. 2 out of 3 pre-orders today (including MV steelbook) are having the same issue lol, the one thing that shipped was my pre-order for Targets.

When I spoke to a rep about it on the phone, they said it depends entirely on the disc itself, some are third party warehouses like DeepDiscount and others are shipped directly from the store. Not to say they were great in the past, but it feels particularly worse the last two months.

I just got an update from Walmart, it’s shipped but delayed. It should arrive this Thursday, hopefully in mint condition.

Arrived today in a box padded with airbags, so no dings. Art looks great, there's even a bit of a reflection in the sunglasses on the back. Nice to have both cuts.

Watched it tonight. Looked great to me. Very happy to own a copy of both cuts until the 88 Films 4K gets released.
