Halloween H20: Twenty Years Later 4K Steelbook (US)

I received mine today and my slip was also bubbly like it was too big for the steel. Also my disc was loose with a minor scratch on it - I watched it all the way through and it played fine but I still ordered a replacement on Amazon just in case. Maybe I'll get lucky with a slip that fits more snug.

My Best Buy had one copy and the slip was super bubbly, like it was made for a bigger steelbook.

The menu is extremely barebones with no special features. It's literally just an image of the shape standing with the KB mask. I'm wondering if maybe there's a rights issue with the Winston mask because Paramount went out of their way to avoid it on this release. The KB mask is on the front, back, and the main menu. But the print looks pretty decent. Basically if you already own the SF set, buy this if you NEED that steel (which is gorgeous so no regrets).

I mean to be honest most of Halloween H20s media such as behind the scenes pictures and promo material features the KNB mask with the exception of the poster artwork. Even the 2011 Echo Bridge Blu-ray & DVD has the KNB mask on the front.

It might be an indication of how last minute the reshoots were.

Mine came from Amazon in a padded brown paper envelope. No damage.

Gorgeous steel! The J-card fits under the plastic slipcover.

Thankfully my Amazon replacement is flawless with a much flatter/snug slip. I'm happy!

Furthermore, after viewing the 4K, I must say it's so refreshing seeing a new master. This is the best this movie has ever looked.

The I got from Best Buy was bubbly and returned. The from Amazon was fine except it’s loose so if you hold it vertically it will slip out.

The Ultraman steels, that’s the way to go.

I also had to grt an Amazon replacement but have a nice slip now even though both were shipped in bubble mailers smh
