There's no official confirmation as such, but these aren't set to be any different to other blufans releases, aside from the discs. Well, and the price.

It's fine. You can easily buy 4k+blu for the $20 with a DL. $30 with the OC isn't far off x2 4k and x2 blu-ray discs as well.

I didn't mean it was a net saving lol I meant it's costing you less to compensate for there being no discs. That's all that should be expected really.

Unless you're a sealed collector, or already have the discs in another edition you plan to keep, in which case it literally is a saving on something you don't need.
