Picked mine up in store and got a pristine copy. I had to look through a few copies, there were some dented as hell.

Just arrived, both mint but one has several pulls on front plastic which will be returned.

Received mine today in the standard big box that you could fit 10 steelbooks in, but hey, I'm not complaining, better than a bubble mailer. Beautiful steelbook, I love it, it's one of my favorites of this year. Mine appears fine on the front without any scratches.

Good to hear some people had better shipping luck than I did. Opened up my packaging and the steelbook was in 2 pieces. Of course Best Buy customer service was useless. There wasn’t a copy anywhere close to me for pickup and they said they couldn’t ship a new copy. Absolute bulls*** that they ship steelbooks without bubble pillows, then don’t stock enough copies to get a new copy on release date.

Received mine today in an absurdly large box with no air pillows or anything - just the steelbook. There doesn’t appear to be any damage, but I haven’t opened it yet. Matte actually works well with this design (albeit because it looks like higher quality matte that isn’t streaky). Spot gloss on the debossed areas would’ve been cool. But that hardly matters; it looks very nice.

Same large box with no air pillow for me. I hope yours is okay! Mine appeared fine before it was opened, but when I took off the plastic wrap, it was completely busted at the spine.

Sorry to read that. I hopae that you can get a replacement.

I'm not too worried about it. If mine is also busted then I'll just get my money back and buy an iTunes copy whenever it goes on sale for $4.99.
