Well, went in completely blind on this one over the weekend. Not so good really. I guess as a horror comedy it was ok, but pretty cheap scares.

Nothing to write home about. With all the good horror flicks coming out the last couple years, this one probably will be lost in the shuffle. 5/10.

Haha.

I don't know what rang for me so well the first time I saw it, but I'd like to see it again and confirm my initial impressions. I think it was just low-hanging fruit that was successful at doing what it tried to do. I really vibed with the protagonist and her family/friendship situations, and I like this movie had an accepting of the call among the friend group as well.

Is it streaming anywhere yet? If it goes just as well as it did the first time, I think I'll get the disc that comes out next week.

yeah I watched this the other night and it was .. fine. by no means a bad movie but I am not sure what everyone was so hyped about
