Alien: Romulus 4K/Blu-ray Steelbook [USA] - Page 4 - Blu-ray Forum

I've already decided to get the standard Blu Ray release over the steelbook. I just like the standard art more plus I really like the black backround cover the Blu Ray has even more than the red backround of the 4K and i don't really need the 4K disk (I'll go for the combo if it's a steelbook or exclusive but the Blu Ray disk is what's necessary for me. A 4K disk is secondary ).

I'm just waiting on what the price is at Amazon.I already know the Target price ($31.99 which isn't bad IMO). So just waiting to compare and unlike with a steelbook, I'm not worried about the standard Blu Ray selling out so i can patiently wait.

Simple solution: don't buy from them unless you absolutely have to.

I avoid paying the scalper's toll unless it is completely unavoidable.

And even then, I wait until someone is selling it as close to retail as possible or even lower. Some times, I get it at what would have been a sale price.

Better to try and get it from someone on the forum first.

It will be back and every single one who wants it can get it, also up on german and spanish stores, soon up on UK and other EU and Canadian+USA retailers as well

At least Romulus has been available for pre-order. D&W haven't been widely available yet in the USA. Only VERY brief flashes of pre-orders that were taken down rather quickly.

The retailers listed them before they were allowed to and were told to pull the listings.

I like the look and especially the color tones of this Steelbook. As to the composition I like a good character collage as long as it isn’t the boring floating head variety and has other imagery from this film incorporated into it.
