Well that's a different story, sorry to hear about the one red light showing. If you still want an Xbox 360 then you have four options.

1. Call Xbox Support and pay for a repair. (Most likely th cheapest way)
2. Buy a refurbished 360.
3. Buy I new Xbox 360.
4. Find someone to other than MS to fix your problem. (You could have a problem with Xbox Live, if they think your Xbox 360 has been mod)

If you buy a new Xbox 360, just buy the Xbox 360 Arcade. It comes with everything you need since you already have a Harddrive and it comes with 5 arcade games.

mine went to crap, they didnt wanna honor it either, but they sent me some dman thing in the mail about renewing my warranty since it was going out which in turn still meant it was good right? ... So I *****ed and argued that cause and they told me to fax that, if so, I could get a new one free of charge.. it worked. Otherwise it cost like 120 bucks to get it done.

Ofcourse this was over 2 yrs ago, as I dont have a 360 now, if I had serious money to blow I would maybe buy one, for COD2

wow it sucks to be you buddy! But I know the solution to your problem. Disc Drive Laser, I know because it happened to my fourth one and they said screw you and I threatened with a class action lawsuit. I talked to my lawyer and it wasn't worth it so i sold it for about $350 in parts and I got $30 bucks a remote, so about $420 all together. I spent the money on 30 BLUS during the transformers week!

But I had a friend sell me one for $100 buck about 3 months ago on one condition.... I had to let him drive my car! I about fainted,but i got another and it's happily collecting dust.

after a few MINUTES of yelling and screaming, they decided to take it back and replace it, so ill be back online kickin some ass in madden in a few weeks, and by the way can someone help me set up my psn id?

You talked to a lawyer over a $350 system? The lawyer fees would be more than the cost of the system you hoped to replace. Most 15 year olds that I know, dont have a lawyer.

It's not my fault my wife decided not to fly to a country that the U.S. Gov't advised us not to travel to!!!!!!!! You would think when a country has a military coop, the airlines would understand...... I would have taken credit for future flights.... but they basically screwed us.....

HA your funny Guy I think my families business' make more in a day then you make in a month!

Just to let you know im 20 and iv'e been handed one of the business' so you can kiss my ass for all I care. I also said that I talked to him not that I followed through talkings free, action is not. Trust me I make enough to talk to my friend and pay him if I had to.

Whats your point here again? I was merely telling him what they told me and im glad they finally stopped acting like douche bags and fixed it for him! No one deserves to pay that much for something to have it brake on them! especially when it's the company's fault that it's design is flawed!

wow maybe if gamers could get over the fanboys and have an actual discussion they would realize that both systems are more or less giving gamers the shaft this time around. pro's and con's to both systems right now, are far more then have ever been present in the past and more important then just available software.

sucks about the rrod bud.

my 360 is living strong for well over a year and half now, but my ps3 and s300 both are having disc read errors so i feel your pain. manufacturer warranties are a pain in the ...
