Can your wife S/O operate your HT?

My wife games more than I do, so it became necessary for her. The only thing she doesn't do is tweak the stereo for when we watch movies, which I set slightly different from when we watch TV and play games. Other then that, yep.

All though technically "True" I'm not telling the whole story.... since the HT is in a house we don't live in yet

No... She watches movies with me.... she doesn't enjoy watching movies as much as me (she's good for a couple of movies a week) but she likes watching them..... she certainly doesn't get excited about upcoming releases etc... and has no idea what is out.... so I'm the commander of the Netflix queue!!!!!


Moving day is only 2 days away though....... so we'll be enjoying the theater VERY shortly!

Ahhhh..... well that explains it better! I put the Netflix cue on my wife's laptop for her, but she never gets in and plays with it. She will do the Netflix streaming from the Xbox in her HT room though to watch old sci-fi shows she loves; and I don't even have to go get her started anymore.

MY GF Just sits in front of the TV until I turn it on and setup whatever we are going to watch.

Pretty much if she is really really bored. Shell hit the Power Button on all the remotes until something comes on.

Hopefully this will change when I get my Harmony 880 for Christmas

1. Yes, she games and is into watching movies as much as I am. harmony remote takes care of it all.

2. Well I have marked everything so it would be possible for her to hook everything back up and we have a harmony so the power on is no problem.

3. & 4. I know she couldn't get the sound or picture right and now that she is converted, Geek Squad here we come!
