Well, when you are in combat zone and the celebrity takes time to shake your hand and thank you for all you do (had a tear in his eye), then yes it is something you don't forget and makes you realize they are normal. There are some idiots out there who don't give a ratz azz about our country they just want to make money here. People like Josh Howard, Stephan Marbury and others like them can kiss my azz!!!!

If pro-wrestlers count, I met Kurt Angle and Big Show when I was in college. They were filming Raw at Penn State that night, and those 2 were on campus during the day filming scenes for the show. I ran into them between classes when I was going for lunch. Hung out with Big Show while he smoked a cigarette and shook Angle's hand and got an autograph. Both were good guys. Big Show really is enormous, but I actually had an inch or two on Angle which surprised me. I'm only about 6'1".

Some friends and I met Jessica Simpson after one of her concerts before she blew up and became really famous. She autographed some random stuff for us. How exciting

I met Zoe Bell, the chick who who dangled off the hood of the car in 'Death Proof' , at a bar in Detroit. I recognized her and yelled out her name. She looked at me and I word vomitted the fact that I thought she was awesome in 'Death Proof' and a few other drunken words. She asked me what my name was and shook my hand. I thought that was especially nice being that I was drunk and probably looked drunk and crazy.
Drew Barrymore was also there but she was acting strange so I ignored her .

I'm neither a Lions, nor a GT fan, but Calvin Johnson is an ABSOLUTE STUD. Too bad he doesn't have anyone capable of throwing the ball to him

Did you ask Peyton Manning how life is after "Life Goes On" ???

I have met quite a few sports stars.

On a trip to Paradise Island in the Bahamas it was the NBA off season and I met Damon Stoudemire, Mutombo, Mugsy Bouges, and (not NBA), Evander Holyfield. He is very slow in person.

Also met John Elway at Disney World.

The entire Chicago Blackhawks team for the last 4 years here and there. It was awsome. They are all very cool.

Les Claypool of Primus. Very cool guy

Jay Lane of Ratdog. One of the coolest guys I have met

Chad, Greg, and Matt from Mudvayne outside there tour bus. Nice guys

Cory Taylor, Jim Root, and the spikey head guy from Slipknot

Matt Dillon and Skerik From the Frog Brigade. Matt was cool, Skerik was ok.

Jim McMahon and William Perry. It was a long time ago as a kid. I thought it was cool

Bobby Hull, Tony Esposito, Gordy Howe. Nicest guys ever.

List go's on and on with hockey players

Daunte Culpepper and Randy Moss (numerous times for both)

William Shatner - quick story about him. He was at our movie theater for a premier about 5 years ago. Our theater has a long escalator (going up) and a flight of stairs next to it. The people going down the steps were taking too long so he decided to run down the up escalator because there was no one on it. I couldn't believe this man at age 70-71 ran down the up escalator! He flew too.

Keanu Reeves, Emilio Estevez, Matthew Broderick, Josh Hartnett, Marissa Tomei

Prince and Janet Jackson (numerous times), Tone Loc, Fantasia, Queen Latifah

I missed meeting Sam Kinison at work by less than a half hour (way disappointed)

Rock band Great White (numerous times)

And Jennifer Hudson (she's my sister-in-law)

I played poker with Kevin Smith at an event he had in Jersey, he does it every so often on each coast. THat's about it, though.

I did get to sit next to him until I lost (very quickly ) which was quite cool.
