HAY O getting a little crazy in here but I would definately agree Matrix would be sweet and personally the second Matrix kicked ass the PQ would be awesome with those 2nd and 3rd generation agents flying around and the kick ass car sequence; the third was ok I didnt like the ending but it had to end. I'm sorry but the Avenger guy is wrong the Matrix Trilogy will always be in my Movies for guys who like Movies collection - Its badass and I WILL RE BUY the BD just out of principle.

I liked the x-men franchise of movies but 3 was terrible and if I had to pick between that or Crank, I'd get Crank just because it is what it is, a senseless action movie with a high pace that was enjoyable and looks great on blu-ray. X3 was a terrible movie and I don't care how good it looks I wouldn't get it because it sucked so bad. Also, how can you say the second two Matrix movies are not worth a purchase on blu-ray when you own a ****ing AVENGERS CARTOON on blu-ray. What an idiot.
No an idiot is someone who would call another person an idiot based solely on their taste in movies. Congrats!

Let's play nice kids. No need for name calling. Some people may not like X3, ultimate avengers, Crank, Matrix 2, and/or Matrix 3. Everyone is different and everyone likes different movies. There's no need to talk down to people just because they like movies you don't.

I haven't watch Ultimate Avengers, so I'm not going to comment on it.
The rest of the movies I listed, I thought they were all ok, nothing great.
I have X-Men 3 because I'm a big fan of Hugh Jackman, can't wait for the The Fountain to come out. I'll probably buy The Matrix Trilogy when it comes out as well.

Two vitriol filled posts is more than enough evidence to me that this poster "is not a good fit" for this forum.

Speaking of The Avengers/Marvel stuff, I'm a big comic book dude from way back and of all the movies made from CB's, I liked the first 2 X-men and The Punisher the best. 3'rd X-men just didn't cut it for me but then, my expectations were up and that can be dangerous! Anyway, I always loved the old 60's Marvel cartoons (Hulk, Capt. America, Sub Mariner etc...) and I'm wondering if the Ultimate Avengers is any good? How's the artwork? Is it CG at all?

Sorry, may be way off the Matrix topic (which I did like the 3 movies after I watched them a few times to appreciate them better) but since the Avengers was brought up and I dig animation...

It will be interesting, for sure. I've got the Complete Matrix Trilogy box set on HD DVD coming, but I also have both POTC movies, as well as FOOF and LFIJ on Blu-Ray. I'm going to be busy, that's for sure...

Yes. I agree. There should be a thread dedicated to predicting sales on the 22nd. Who thinks either Pirates will outsell Casino Royale? How many copies of The Matrix will sell?

I think Both Pirates will outsell Casino Royale. I like Casino Royale, but I bought it 3 weeks after it came out. I've already preorder both Pirates from Amazon. I believe Matrix will be a big seller form HD-DVD after all they haven't had a good release in awhile other than Planet Earth series.
