Finally Dreamworks are getting with the program! Does anyone know why they release so few catalog titles? So far the oldest title they've got is Old School!

Might have been because Paramount was slow to distributing them or because Dreamworks was at the end of their contract with Paramount and was waiting until they got with a new studio (now Universal). Who knows. I am just glad they are releasing some new stuff.

I'm not sure about that, but I could tell you that the dvd looked really good upscaled so I doubt the Blu-ray will be a disappointment

Outdoor scenes in Collateral were filmed with HD cameras, while interior scenes were done with 35mm.

Yeah its official, Paramount sent over release confirmation late last week.

Awesome news! I have been searching all over for news of when this film was going to be released. I can't wait for this and for Heat. Not only that, but during the summer we have Mann's Public Enemies to looks forward to.

Studios have begun to give shorter notices about releases. Just look at batman set only just recently goning up for pre-order 2-3 weeks prior to release. I am sure that this will get announced very soon.
