The spine is a bit thicker than the US boxes. In Europe, spines of Blu-ray cases and PS3 game cases are the same. In the US, the spines are a bit thiner for movies compared to games.

Default Street Fighter IV: The Ties That Bind Blu-ray, Region B compatible?

Does anyone know if "Street Fighter IV: The Ties That Bind" US Blu-ray is compatible with Region B?

The cover doesn't say, unfortunately.

Thanks.

The back doesn't say either and neither does the disc. It does have english/french/italian,german, and spanish subtitles tho. That kind of makes me think it would be region free, but I am not 100percent sure.

I hope the other Blu-Rays included with this are released by themselves at some point as I have no intention of buying this I already have the SFIV: Ties that Bind Blu-Ray from when it came with the regular version of Street Fighter IV, so I'm only interested in the rest. I already have all of the games included with the collection (the only thing I don't have is some of the DLC included with this, but since they just seem to be giving download codes and it's not the content on-disc, there's little point), and I can live without the soundtrack discs.

Definitely have this on preorder...it's all part of my "take out another mortgage on the house plan" to finance the BD purchase of August/September!

Well if it has the Japanese audio track, then I wouldn't be surprised if it was the uncensored version.

Wow, are they really making an HD version of the animated movie? I hope it is done right, unlike the last DVD release with the horrible interlacing on the English version. I also hope it will be available seperately as I don't want to spend money on that collection.

I'm surprised nothing was mentioned about this set at the San Diego Comic-Con, that just happened all last week?

IMO, all anime animation is horrible. Why? For one very simple reason....they don't animate everything. Sure, the artwork might be good in some cases, like I liked the Appleseed stuff, but when the Japanese anime stuff does't fluidly animate motions of people and other things, it just looks cheap.
