Yep!! 2012 to me is pure eye candy for Blu-Ray nothing more or less, my expectations of it were ZERO and I was very entertained. AVPR was bought for pennies on the dollar. It was a movie I actually had already seen over my father's house only once before but because my father had the settings on his TV so dark I actually watched the whole thing not seeing a damn thing. So I bought it for cheap on Blu!

BTW in my spoiler I stated the scene should have been a hell of a lot smarter. Care to critique anything else Padawan?

Let the Right One In, wins no contest.

If the movies end like the books do, then the movie is really going to be worse out of the bunch. To save the twilight franchise with me, they need to change the ending of the last book.

And I prefer the term Bedazzled Vampire as opposed to Sparkling Vampire.

Does Bella ever become a "vampire"?

Yeah I don't think Twilight is THAT bad. As the movies continued, they got a little better. The first movie was basically an introduction. For one I think in Eclipse the awkwardness of Kristen Stewart has decreased. There's more action in it than the others. It's a love story that just happens to involve "vampires" and wovles. But it's looked at like it's is a vampire movie. Teenage girls don't know better, or the difference between those vampires and what real vampires are supposed to be. But they can't do that since it's directed towards that audience. Anything otherwise would be wrong to them. PLUS they had to remove the Paranormal Activity 2 trailer from the previews because it was SCARING the audience and they complained about it.

LTROI no contest. I've seen the first 2 Twilight films and although I didn't hate them to me they were just 2 hour non-event films.

Transformers is not a great film, but it's a hell of a lot better than Twilight.

Agreed...

Transformers at least has better visuals and doesn't completely trash and try to change a genre, like Twilight tries to with vampires.
Should of stayed a book imo.
Haven't seen Eclipse, but people are saying it's better than the other two, but they said that it's still not that great. I'm not the type of person who says "I hate that movie...let's see the sequel." If I don't like something, I generally don't see the sequel.
I might give Eclipse a try when it hits Blu-Ray and rent it through Netflix, but it's not something I'll be spending full ticket price to see in theaters...I'll save that money for something that's a bit more of my style: [REC] 2 and Predators on July 9th or Inception on July 16th.

I cant believe this is still being discussed. Its Bambi versus Bodzilla and Bambi kicked ass! Let the Right One In is everything that's right with movies today and Twilight is everything that is wrong. Well, I guess it wasnt in 3D at least.

I am a 27 year old male, who is straight and I own all 3 films, twilight, new moon and let the right one in on blu and I can say each movie is good on certain occassions. I though twilight was going to be a whole lot more sucky then I expected, from what I though it would be.
so i would have to give a vote to each is good in its own space and time

The trailer for the US version of LTROI has been released. The US version will be called Let Me In. The US version appears to severely mimic the original...

I still can't believe they are remaking let the right one in for the american people.
way to screw up another good movie for the sake of the american people who won't waste their time seeing a movie cause it has subs, yet they will see a movie like the remake of the new karate kid or other movies that people couldn't even pay me to waste my time seeing
