I think it includes all 3 versions: theatrical, special edition, extended special edition.

All contents of the skynet are the same from country to country, all that varies is languages and subs - with the US version having a bigger encode than the rest of the world due to the various additional languages on those.

Now that I don't know. I assume you mean the UPC on the paper on the back. Maybe they mixed up the discs at the factory?

i've bought stuff from France----->ended up being from Belgium,
i've also bought stuff from Belgium------>ended up being French versions.
